Today, I&#8217;m sharing these Apple Cider Mini Muffins from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ablerootsfitness.com\/membership\">Able Roots Nutrition Plan<\/a>. If you haven&#8217;t joined yet, now is the time! <a href=\"https:\/\/ablerootsfitness.com\/membership\">Check it out! <\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apple Cider Mini Muffins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Makes 6 Muffins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 Cup Almond Flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Teaspoon Cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 Teaspoon Allspice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Almond Milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Apple Sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Tablespoon Ghee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt, To Taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coconut Oil Spray<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350.<\/li><li>In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 4 tablespoons coconut sugar, baking powder, 1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1\/4 all spice, and 1\/4 teaspoon nutmeg. <\/li><li>In a separate mixing bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients. <\/li><li>Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.<\/li><li>Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray. <\/li><li>Divide the batter evenly into the mini muffin tins.<\/li><li>Mix together the remaining coconut sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. <\/li><li>Sprinkle the mixture on top of each muffin. <\/li><li>Bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Try these once &#038; they&#8217;ll be on rotation forever! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":84,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,34],"tags":[45,46,5,29,6],"class_list":["post-82","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nutrition","category-nutrition-plan","tag-fall","tag-good-eats","tag-health","tag-nutrition","tag-wellness"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Apple Cider Mini Muffins - Able Roots Blog<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Today, I&#039;m sharing these Apple Cider Mini Muffins.
